Dr Popelyuk is a Consultant Psychiatrist based at Nightingale Hospital in Marylebone and 70 Harley Street, providing reliable access to diagnosis, effective treatment, and the best patient experience for those suffering from mental health problems. He studied medicine at Odessa Medical University and trained in psychiatry at the Maudsley and Royal Free Hospitals in London, specialising in general adult psychiatry, rehabilitation psychiatry, personality disorders, psychotherapy, and psychosexual medicine.
Dr Popelyuk believes in the continuity of patient care, offering assessment and treatment in various settings, including the patient's home, outpatient clinic, or hospital. He is the medical director of our clinic.
Dr Anna Streeruwitz, MRCPsych MSc MInst Psychoanalysis

Dr Streeruwitz focuses on the assessment and treatment of patients with emotional and affective instability, working with complex conditions and providing reliable and consistent care. She has a particular interest in affective and anxiety disorders, ensuring accurate diagnosis from the outset. Her psychotherapy skills enable her to offer a range of approaches in addition to medication for a holistic treatment plan.
Dr Streeruwitz has extensive experience with diverse, complex, and chronic needs. She has worked at the Maudsley Intensive Care Unit, the Cawley Centre Day Hospital, and the psychotherapy department at St Thomas’ Hospital. She has also initiated and participated in research projects exploring patient experiences and treatment expectations. In addition to her private practice, she has worked at the Anna Freud Centre as part of the Court Assessment Service.
Dr Leontis, MBBS BSc MRCPsych MSc

Dr Leontis is a practising Consultant Psychiatrist with dual accreditation in Psychiatry of Adults of Working Age and Psychiatry of Older Adults. She became a member of the Royal College of Psychiatrists in 2005 and received her Certificate of Completion of Training in 2010.
Since 2010, Dr Leontis has worked as a consultant in Specialist Memory Services and Psychiatry of Older Adults, including inpatient units, day hospital clients, and outpatient/community responsibilities. She has been the clinical lead for the local Memory Assessment service, involved in service development and offering second opinions for complex cases. Her varied background includes Forensic Psychiatry, Neuropsychiatry, and Drug and Alcohol services, with experience in CBT and psychodynamic psychotherapy. Dr Leontis has also participated in medical research and trained junior doctors and medical students for over a decade. She prides herself on her communication skills, empathy, and continuity of care, ensuring patients feel at ease.
Dr Noura Al-Juffali, BSc, MBBS, PhD, MRCPsych

Dr Noura Al-Juffali is a Consultant Forensic Psychiatrist with extensive experience across forensic, general adult, and academic psychiatry. She holds a PhD in Nanomedicine from University College London and an MBBS from the same institution. She completed her clinical training at Oxford Health NHS Trust and held an academic clinical lectureship at the University of Oxford.
Dr Al-Juffali has a strong research background, with publications in The Lancet Public Health and Molecular Psychiatry. Her work focuses on precision psychiatry, schizophrenia biomarkers, and neurodevelopmental disorders. She is also a specialist in gender dysphoria assessments and provides expert witness reports in criminal, civil, and family law cases.
Known for her clear and compassionate communication style, Dr Al-Juffali is highly regarded for her ability to distil complex information into simple, meaningful terms for patients and families. Her patients appreciate her calm, organised presence and her commitment to thorough, holistic care.
In addition to her clinical and research roles, Dr Al-Juffali is deeply involved in medical education, serving as a tutor and assessor for undergraduate and postgraduate psychiatry programmes. She is a member of multiple professional bodies including the Royal College of Psychiatrists, the British Association for Psychopharmacology, and the International Association of Forensic Psychotherapy.
